Commission refund

The commission for the transaction can be returned to the seller to his individual electronic account in the event that the transaction was not actually concluded due to the fault of the buyer. Before sending a commission refund request, the seller must give the buyer a negative feedback with a reasoned explanation. A request for a commission refund can be submitted if no less than 4 and no more than 30 days have passed since the end of the auction. The absence of a lot is not a reason for returning the commission.
