Creating a Listing on the UNC.UA Auction

UNC.UA is an online auction for collectors where you can buy and sell coins, banknotes, stamps, medals, antiques, works of art, and other collectible items.

To create a new listing on UNC.UA, click the "Create Listing" button.

1. Add Photos

Photos are one of the most important parts of your listing on UNC.UA. We recommend uploading clear, high-quality images of the item.

When uploading photos, you can use the built-in editor to:

  • crop images;
  • rotate photos.

The item should occupy at least 70% of the photo area so that buyers can clearly see it.

2. Enter the Listing Title

The title should accurately describe the item shown in the photos and contain key information about it. This will help buyers find your listing more easily through the UNC.UA search system.

For collectible items, it is recommended to include important characteristics such as the item name, year of issue, country, denomination, material, or other notable features.

3. Select a Category and Storage Location

  • Specify the storage location of the item. This information is visible only to you.
  • Choose the category that best matches your item.

Selecting the correct category will help collectors find your listings more easily on UNC.UA.

4. Fill in the Description

In the description, it is recommended to specify:

  • key characteristics of the item;
  • its condition;
  • distinctive features;
  • any defects or damage (if applicable);
  • information about completeness or included accessories, if relevant to its collectible value.

The more detailed the description, the more information potential buyers will receive.

5. Choose the Sale Format

The following selling options are available on UNC.UA:

  • Fixed Price — buyers can purchase the item immediately at the specified price.
  • Auction with Reserve Price — the item will be sold only if the reserve price is reached.
  • Auction Starting at 1 UAH — bidding starts from 1 Ukrainian hryvnia.

You can also enable the "Make an Offer" option, allowing buyers to submit their price proposals.

6. Configure Sale Terms

Specify:

  • auction duration;
  • delivery and transfer conditions.

When creating a listing, you can enable the "Automatic Relisting" option. If the item remains unsold after the auction ends, it will be automatically relisted with the same settings.

7. Publish the Listing

After clicking the "Create Listing" button, your listing will be published on UNC.UA.

After publication, additional promotional options will become available to help attract more potential buyers.

Editing a Listing

You can edit your listing until the first bid is placed. Once the first bid has been made, editing will no longer be available.

We wish you successful sales and great deals on the UNC.UA collectors' auction!

Personal Account Settings on the UNC.UA Collectors Auction

After registering on the UNC.UA Collectors Auction, we recommend configuring your personal account settings. This will help you receive important notifications, conduct transactions conveniently, and comply with the platform rules.

Notification Settings

After filling in your basic information, go to the "Notifications" section. Here you can choose which notifications you would like to receive:

  • within the auction system;
  • by email;
  • via Telegram.

After making changes, be sure to click the "Save" button.

Important! Contact Information Publication Is Prohibited

The "About Me" page is visible to all users of the UNC.UA Collectors Auction. Therefore, publishing contact or payment information on this page is prohibited.

Do not include:

  • phone numbers;
  • email addresses;
  • links to messengers or social networks;
  • postal addresses;
  • bank card numbers;
  • any other personal or financial information.

Publishing contact information in publicly accessible sections violates the auction rules and may compromise the security of your personal data.

Where to Publish Contact Information

Contact information and payment details should only be provided in the sections specifically intended for this purpose.

To receive payment for sold lots, use the "Information for Your Buyers" page. Information entered in this section is visible only to buyers of your lots after a purchase has been completed.

This is the appropriate place to provide:

  • bank card number;
  • payment details;
  • contact phone number for communication with the buyer;
  • any other information required to complete the transaction.

Do not publish this information in lot descriptions, on the "About Me" page, or in any other publicly accessible profile sections.

Shipping and Payment Methods

In the "Shipping and Payment Methods" section, sellers can select one or several delivery methods available for their lots.

Available options include:

  • Nova Poshta;
  • Ukrposhta;
  • Personal Meeting.

For Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, sellers may specify the shipping cost to be paid by the buyer. This allows buyers to review delivery terms in advance and helps avoid misunderstandings during the transaction.

If the seller is willing to hand over the lot directly to the buyer, the "Personal Meeting" option can be selected.

We recommend selecting only those shipping and payment methods that you actually use on the UNC.UA Collectors Auction.

Remember

For your security and in accordance with the rules of the UNC.UA Collectors Auction, do not publish contact information in publicly accessible sections of your profile. Use only the dedicated fields in your personal account, where the information will be available only to participants of your transactions.
