User agreement

UNC.UA is an online trading platform.

The parties to this Agreement for the provision of services on the UNC.UA website are the Site Administration, which is the copyright holder of the UNC.UA website, and any legally capable and legally competent individual who, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, is recognized as a participant in civil legal relations; as well as any legal entity or entrepreneur registered in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the User).
The Agreement defines the general rules for the use of the website in the information and telecommunication network "Internet", available at the web address http://unc.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), where the UNC.UA trading platform operates.
The term "Trading Platform" is used in this Agreement and in any other sections of the UNC.UA website solely for the convenience of usage and in no case can be understood as the term "bidding" or "auction" in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
For the purposes of this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
"Agreement on the provision of services on the UNC.UA website" (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an Agreement governing the relationship between the trading platform and its Users. The Participant intending to use the services of UNC.UA shall accept the terms of the Agreement.
"User" - the Seller or the Buyer, any capable and legally competent individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur who has accepted the terms of this Agreement.
"Auction" - a format of buying/selling goods between registered users by raising rates, in which the user who offered the highest bid before the end of the sale becomes the owner of the goods. The term "auction" is used for the convenience of word usage and in no case can be understood as the term "bidding" or "auction" in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
"Registration on the UNC.UA trading platform" is a free, voluntary procedure carried out by the User on the trading platform. It is a set of actions of the User (in accordance with the instructions and a special form of UNC.UA), including the provision of personal data, in order to create a Personal Account and gain access to the UNC.UA services.
"Personal Account" is a closed area of the site available to the User after registration; it is intended for managing services when using UNC.UA, storing and editing user data and settings. Contains the information provided by the User when registering on the Trading Platform; allows UNC.UA to authenticate the User with an individual login and password.
"Login" - a unique name (identifier) of the User on the UNC.UA Trading Platform, used to enter the Personal Account. The login is created by the User independently, it will be visible to all UNC.UA Users
"Password" is a secret set of characters required to enter the User's Personal Account, known only to the User.
"Personal electronic account" - a personal electronic account on the UNC.UA trading platform, used to account for the receipt and expenditure of funds that the User has deposited to pay for the services and services of the UNC.UA trading platform; available only to registered Users in the closed section of the site.
"Lot/Goods" - a product, thing, product - information about which - name, quantitative and qualitative characteristics, cost, payment and delivery methods - is placed by the User on the corresponding page of the Trading Platform.
"Ban" - a restriction of the User's access to the UNC.UA Services and Services - from temporary to indefinite, in case of violation of the UNC.UA terms of use. If the User's account is banned, all active lots of the User are terminated.
"Dispute" means consideration of a dispute between Users by the Site Administration.
"Verification" - a procedure for verifying the data entered by the User during registration using an algorithm - by comparing them with payment data when replenishing a personal electronic account from their own bank card. A verified user is marked on the website with a special icon next to his/her nickname. The absence of verification is not an obstacle to concluding transactions.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. UNC.UA provides the User with the opportunity to register on the site and gain access to the information and technological resources of the site.
1.2. Before becoming a member of UNC.UA, the User must read and agree to all the terms and conditions contained or referred to by reference in this Agreement. The User is recommended to familiarize themselves with the information referenced in this Agreement as they read it.
The rights and obligations of the User shall arise from the moment of their first access to any of the pages of the Trading Platform. The User's registration on the Trading Platform means an expression of consent to all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the expression of consent to the collection, processing and storage of the User's personal data.
1.3. UNC.UA is a platform that allows Sellers to place offers addressed to an indefinite number of persons to make a transaction regarding the Goods, which the Seller has the right to dispose of (make offers), and Buyers to accept at their own discretion and under their own responsibility the offers posted on the Site by Sellers by concluding an appropriate agreement with the Seller.
UNC.UA is not a transaction organizer, Buyer, Seller, intermediary, agent or representative of any User and/or other interested person with respect to the transaction proposed / concluded between the Users. All transactions between the Users carried out through the placement of an Ad on the Website are concluded and executed without the direct or indirect participation of UNC.UA.
1.4. The Site Administration may monitor any information and materials transmitted or posted by the User, or otherwise provided through the services of the Trading Platform, has the right to investigate any actual or alleged violations of the terms of this Agreement, as well as to take any measures not contrary to the law that the Site Administration, at its sole discretion, deems necessary and appropriate, including blocking, destroying, deleting or editing any materials at any time, at its sole discretion, without any notice.
1.5. UNC.UA is a platform where only collectible materials are allowed to be posted. Lots that do not meet this criterion will be deleted by the site administration without warning. Repeated violation of this clause will result in the user's access to the site being denied.
1.6. Regarding the operation and development of the Site, the Site Administration is guided by the legislation of Ukraine, this Agreement and other special documents that have been developed or may be developed and adopted by the Site Administration in order to regulate the provision of certain services and services of the Site to Users. The rules for using the Website provided for in this Agreement are binding on the User and the Website Administration. In addition to this Agreement, the relationship between the User and the Website Administration shall include all special documents regulating the provision of certain services and services of the Website and placed in the public domain in the relevant sections of the Website. The relevant agreements may impose additional obligations on the Parties related to the use of the services and facilities of the Website.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. The rights of the User:
The User has the right to:
2.1.1 register no more than one Personal Account, while not violating the terms of this Agreement and its Annexes in the process of activity;
2.1.2 place orders for the sale and/or purchase of goods; make transactions with other Users of the Website;
2.1.3 communicate with other Users of the Site by sending messages from the Personal Account without violating the terms of this Agreement and the Annexes thereto;
2.1.4 upon completion of the transaction, express his/her opinion (leave a review) regarding the User as a counterparty, in accordance with the form in the relevant section of the Site;
2.1.5 have a personal electronic account on the UNC.UA website;
2.1.6 contact the Site Administration in oral and written form for advice on the technological features of the Site, as well as submit comments and suggestions to the Site Administration regarding improvement of the technological characteristics of the Trading Platform.
2.2 Responsibilities of the User
2.2.1 The User shall read and agree to all the terms and conditions contained and/or referred to by reference in this Agreement. The User is recommended to familiarize himself with this Agreement as he reads it, also to familiarize himself with the information to which it refers and to strictly comply with the terms of the Agreement and its annexes;
2.2.2 it is forbidden for the User to register using a Login completely identical to the one already existing on UNC.UA, including using a different keyboard layout (Coin, MONETA, Moneta, MONETA), numeric (12345, 65758 ...), meaningless (bvhf, ddddiz, etc.), offensive or stupid.
2.2.3 not to post on the UNC.UA Trading Platform information/materials for which the User does not have the necessary rights; not to post materials that infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret or other property rights and/or copyright and related rights of a third party;
2.2.4 do not post advertising texts and other advertising information, as well as messages of a commercial nature, without the consent of the UNC.UA Website Administration;
2.2.5 not to post contact information (phone number, postal address, e-mail address, links to third-party resources, etc.) in publicly accessible sections of the site;
2.2.6 not to collect and/or copy and/or transmit information posted on the Trading Platform without the consent of the Site Administration and/or other Users;
2.2.7 all Users of the Trading Platform (buyers and sellers) are equally responsible for ensuring that transactions carried out through the use of UNC.UA services and resources are profitable, transparent and not associated with any difficulties;
2.2.8 the User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date personal data required for registration within the resources of the Trading Platform provided, as well as at other times, if such data is required in the course of using the Trading Platform; the User undertakes to update his/her data to ensure its accuracy and relevance in case of any changes;
2.2.9 bear full and unconditional responsibility for the goods (services) posted on the UNC.UA website from the Personal Account; compliance of all parameters, qualitative and quantitative characteristics posted by the User on the product page with the goods that the seller has in stock and is subject to shipment to the buyer; reference to the responsibility of third parties who are not a party to the transaction is not allowed;
2.2.10 The User undertakes not to place on the Website any applications for the sale or purchase of goods, works and services, the circulation of which is prohibited by applicable law;
2.2.11 timely transfer funds to the current account of the Trading Platform for further crediting to the User's individual electronic account in order to pay for the services of UNC.UA.
2.3. Rights of the Site Administration
2.3.1 The Administration reserves the right to block, delete, destroy and / or edit information / materials posted (published, transmitted) by the User if they violate the terms of this Agreement and / or the legislation of Ukraine, as well as in cases at the discretion of the Site Administration;
2.3.2 to verify the accuracy of the information and documents provided by the User during registration on the Website and use of the Electronic Platform;
2.3.3 unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement and the Appendix thereto by publishing notifications of such changes on the Website in the News section;
2.3.4 at its sole discretion, introduce, cancel or change the fee for the services and services available on the Website;
2.3.5 determine the rating of each User based on the ratings given to this User by other Users using the Website interface;
2.3.6 to send the User information about the development of the Website and its services, as well as to advertise its own activities and services;
2.3.7 carry out preventive maintenance of the hardware and software complex of the Trading Platform with temporary suspension of the Website operation, notifying the Users one day before the start of the work and specifying the term of its completion, and in case of force majeure, as well as accidents or failures - without prior notice to the Users.
2.4 Responsibilities of the Website Administration
2.4.1 provide registered Users with access to all the features of the Website provided by the "personal account";
2.4.2 provide registered Users with access to information about publications of other Users posted on the Website intended for general viewing;
2.4.3 not to provide information received from users, including e-mail addresses, to third parties for sending unsolicited commercial information ("spam").
3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
3.1 For non-fulfillment and improper fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
3.2 The User is responsible for the transactions proposed for the Goods and concluded in connection with them, for the choice of counterparties for the transaction and the consequences arising from the transaction. All transactions regarding the Goods are concluded between the Users directly. UNC.UA is not a participant and / or intermediary of transactions carried out by Users based on information received on UNC.UA, does not control and is not responsible for such transactions.
3.3 Responsibility for the accuracy and relevance of the User's data, as well as ensuring the security and confidentiality of the information specified and used by the User in the personal account, rests solely with him. The User shall ensure the safety of his/her personal login and password. The User is fully responsible for any actions performed through his/her Personal Account and agrees to immediately notify the Website Administration of any unauthorized use of the User's Personal Account, any violation of the established security standards, as well as violation of the terms of this Agreement.
The Website Administration shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the unauthorized and/or misuse of the User's Personal Account.
3.4 in case the Site Administration becomes aware of any violation of the terms of the Agreement on the Trading Platform by the User, such User may be subject to appropriate sanctions provided for by the Rules of conducting trading at the online auction; the violator shall be notified of the imposed sanctions by e-mail, except when the User's access was terminated due to hacking (suspicion of hacking in the opinion of the Site Administration) of the User's Personal Account and if there are grounds to believe that as a result of hacking, the User's data was damaged.
3.5 the resources provided by the Trading Platform, including, but not limited to, information/materials, graphics, user interface, editorial content, as well as program scripts and software used to realize the purposes of the Trading Platform, contain certain production and technological information and materials that are the property of the Site Administration. The above information and materials are protected by the norms of the legislation in force in the field of intellectual property and other norms of the legislation of Ukraine. The above resources, as well as any parts thereof, may not be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as permitted by this Agreement. It is prohibited to use the resources of the Trading Platform in any unauthorized manner.
3.6 The User expressly agrees to conduct advertising campaigns in relation to him/her by receiving advertising on the subject matter of the Trading Platform directly in the process of using the services of the Trading Platform, as well as by mailing advertising to the e-mail address and/or sending SMS messages to the mobile phone number specified during registration or in the process of using the resources of the Trading Platform. The User may refuse to receive the newsletter in the settings of the Personal Account.
3.7 The User shall not use the Website to disseminate extremist materials, express rejection or hatred of any religion, culture, race, nationality, language, etc., to disseminate threats of violence or physical harm, as well as for any other illegal activity.
3.8 The User undertakes to refrain from any actions leading to excessive or harmful load on the infrastructure of the Trading Platform, not to use automatic programs (scripts) without the written permission of the Site Administration to gain access to the Site and/or collect information on the Site and/or interact with the Site and its services, not to interfere or attempt to interfere with the work and other activities on the Site, as well as not to interfere with the operation of automatic systems or processes, as well as other measures to prevent or limit the use of the Site and its services.
3.9 The User undertakes not to disseminate information about the services provided by other electronic trading platforms, not to disseminate information about sites offering services and services presented on the Site for the same or lesser fee.
4. INFORMATION. PERSONAL DATA. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Parties shall ensure that their employees, auditors, consultants and other persons involved in connection with the conclusion and execution of this Agreement maintain confidentiality and are responsible for their compliance with the confidentiality of the information received.
It shall not be a violation of the confidentiality regime if the Parties provide information at the request of authorized state bodies in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.1 Taking into account the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms his/her consent to the processing by the Website Administration of his/her personal data provided during registration, as well as the User's voluntary placement in his/her "personal account". The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The Site Administration processes the User's personal data in order to provide the User with services and services, including for the purpose of receiving personalized (targeted) advertising by the User; verification, research and analysis of such data, which allow to maintain and improve the services and sections of the Site, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Site. The Site Administration shall take all necessary measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The Site Administration shall provide access to the User's personal data only to those employees, contractors and agents of the Site Administration who need this information to ensure the functioning of the Site and provide services to the User. The Site Administration has the right to use the information provided by the User, including personal data, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine (including for the purpose of preventing and (or) stopping illegal and (or) unlawful actions of users). Disclosure of information provided by the User may be carried out only in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. The Site Administration has the right to dispose of statistical information related to the operation of the Site, as well as the information of the Users to ensure targeted display of advertising information to different audiences of the Site Users. For the purposes of organizing the functioning and technical support of the Website and the implementation of this Agreement. The Website Administration has the technical ability to access the personal pages of the Users, which it implements only in the cases established by this Agreement. The Site Administration may use the registration information, including the User's e-mail address, postal address, telephone number or fax number, in connection with a message, survey, notification, as well as to send offers in connection with the emergence of additional services and services. The Site Administration may use the User's registration information for internal analysis, monitoring and market research;
4.2. The User shall not use the Website to disseminate extremist materials, express rejection or hatred of any religion, culture, race, nationality, language, etc., to spread threats of violence or physical harm, as well as for any other illegal activity. The User undertakes not to disseminate any confidential and legally protected information about individuals or legal entities using the Website. The User also undertakes to avoid any actions that may result in violation of the confidentiality of legally protected information. The User undertakes to use the Website carefully and with due diligence, preventing the violation of anyone's rights to the results of intellectual activity in the process of its use.
4.3 The information provided by the User and his/her actions on the Website shall not
- be false, inaccurate or misleading; promote fraud, deception or abuse of trust; lead to transactions with stolen or counterfeit items; violate or infringe upon the property of a third party, its trade secrets or its right to privacy contain information that offends anyone's honor, dignity or business reputation; contain slander or threats to anyone; call for the commission of a crime, as well as incite ethnic hatred; promote, support or call for terrorist and extremist activities; be obscene or have the nature of pornography; contain computer viruses, as well as other computer programs aimed, in particular, at causing damage, unauthorized intrusion, secret interception or misappropriation of data of any system or the system itself, or part thereof, or personal information or other data; otherwise violate the current legislation of Ukraine.
When using the Site, the User is prohibited from: registering as a User on behalf of or instead of another person ("fake account"), while registration on behalf of and on behalf of another individual or legal entity is possible, provided that the necessary powers are obtained in the manner and form provided for by the legislation of Ukraine; misleading users about their identity by using the login and password of another registered user; attempting to gain access to the login and password of another user in any way; making illegal use of the Site; or using the Site for any other purpose.
4.3.1 When registering on the UNC.UA platform, it is necessary to come up with a unique User login. The login can be either the User's real surname and name or initials, or a nickname.
The Site Administration has the right to prohibit the use of certain logins and/or remove them from circulation. The words and names prohibited by the current legislation of Ukraine and international legal acts, including, but not limited to, obscene language, names registered as trademarks, trade names and commercial designations, unless the User has exclusive rights to them, cannot be chosen as a login. In case of violation of these terms and conditions, the Site Administration has the right to prohibit the User from using the login assigned to them, including, if necessary, to transfer the right to use it to the appropriate person (representative of the copyright holder).
4.4 The Website Administration undertakes to keep confidential and not disclose to third parties the information received from Users during their registration, as well as when Users edit their details, except when disclosure of such information is necessary in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. The said obligation also does not apply to information about the User's pseudonym and to information sent by the Website Administration to the Users for transactions (e-mail address and information that Users place specifically for counterparties in the appropriate field of the registration form or the form for editing details;
4.5 The User undertakes to keep secret and not disclose information about his/her password to third parties. If the information about the User's password becomes known to third parties for any reason, the User undertakes to change it immediately.
4.6 The User undertakes to keep secret, not to disclose to third parties and not to use information about other Users, which became known to him/her through correspondence related to the Website functioning or as a result of a transaction concluded through the Trading Platform. The said obligation shall not apply to cases when the information is used by the User in relations with other Users for correspondence related to the Website and the Trading Platform, which is unsolicited commercial correspondence ("spam"), or for any other purpose known, approved and not prohibited by other Users.
4.7 The Company has the right to use the "cookies" technology. "Cookies do not contain confidential information and are not transferred to third parties. The Company may receive information about the IP addresses of the UNC.UA Website visitors for the necessary monitoring of compliance with the terms of this Agreement, as well as to ensure the protection of the interests of the Users and the Trading Platform. This information is not used to identify the visitor.
Cookies are data blocks that are collected by a web browser and stored on the hard disk of the User's computer, and not on the website of the Trading Platform, and are used in the following way:
-Collect certain information about the User's computer, including IP address, operating system, browser type and addresses of websites visited;
-track the settings and options specified by the User when working with the Trading Platform;
-help to optimize the operation of certain services of the Trading Platform (for example, eliminate the need to frequently enter a password during a session);
-to collect and analyze statistical data in order to improve UNC.UA services.
In case the User prohibits the use of Cookies by appropriately configuring the web browser, he/she agrees that he/she cannot use the products and services of the Trading Platform that require registration and use the services offered by the Trading Platform in full.
The Company has the right to use the User's Data on any media that are currently available or will be available in the future in accordance with this Agreement.
5. PAID SERVICES AND SERVICES
5.1 Registration as a User and placing orders for the purchase of items and services on the UNC.UA Trading Platform is a free service.
5.2 Placing lots is free of charge.
5.3 For the sale of each lot on the UNC.UA Marketplace, the Seller shall be charged a commission in the following amount:

From UAH 201 to UAH 1000 (inclusive) 1.5%.
More than 1000 UAH1%
* The minimum commission amount is 10 kopecks, the maximum commission amount is UAH 500.
The cost of the lot:
- for the Auction - equal to the maximum bid at the end of the auction;
- in case of a sale at a fixed Buy Now price - equal to the lot price.
The transaction fee shall be charged automatically to the User's individual electronic account by debiting the amount equal to the fee (commission) at the moment of creating a transaction - completion of the Auction or at the moment of clicking the Buy Now button.
The User's individual electronic account shall mean the information in the Trading Platform system on the amount of funds paid by the User as a prepayment for the Trading Platform services and on the amount of debt incurred within the terms established herein and the terms of other agreements concluded between the Trading Platform and the User.
The Trading Platform cannot guarantee that the transaction registered on the Site will actually be executed, therefore the transaction fee shall be deducted from the User's account without regard to the subsequent completion of the transaction.
5.4 Refund of the transaction fee
The transaction fee may be refunded to the seller to his/her individual electronic account if the transaction was not actually completed.
The transaction fee may be refunded if the info@unc.ua Support Service receives direct evidence of one of the following facts:
-The seller has not received full payment for the lot in accordance with the terms of the lot price and delivery;
-The Buyer has returned the received goods of inadequate quality to the Seller, and the Seller has refunded the Buyer the payment for such goods;
-The Buyer has not contacted or paid for the goods;
-the Buyer has not picked up the goods sent by cash on delivery.
A refund of the transaction fee is possible if at least 4 and no more than 30 days have passed since the end of the auction. In this case, the seller must provide the reason for the commission refund by selecting it from the list or provide their own. If the transaction was not completed due to the buyer's fault, before sending a request to cancel the accrued "commission", the seller must provide a corresponding negative feedback, which will describe the reason for not completing the transaction.
The administrator has the right to request data confirming the correctness of the reason for the "commission" cancellation chosen by the seller.
The request for cancellation of the "commission" may be rejected for the following reasons:
-The buyer sent a comment confirming the successful completion of the transaction;
-One or both parties to the transaction have provided positive feedback;
-No confirmation of the correctness of the chosen reason was provided at the request of the administration;
-The seller has violated the rules set forth in the User Agreement, which caused the transaction to be not completed;
-Negative feedback has not been posted, which corresponds to the failure to complete the transaction due to the buyer's fault.
In the case of repeated requests that violate the above rules, Restrictions may be imposed on the seller's account in the form of blocking sales or account.

5.7 Accounts receivable

In case of insufficient funds on the User's electronic account to pay for the services of the Trading Platform, the User shall pay for the services of the Trading Platform no later than the 1st day of the month following the month of provision of paid services to the User, for which the debt has arisen.
The maximum deferral of payment is possible until the 20th day of the month following the month of provision of paid services. In case of non-payment of the debt, the User's access to the Trading Platform shall be terminated on the 21st day of the month and all active lots shall be terminated.
5.8 The Trading Platform shall provide the Users with paid services allowing to obtain additional opportunities for promotion and the most profitable sale of lots. The cost of the service, terms and procedure of its provision are stipulated by the Regulations on Tariffs approved by the Site Administration and posted on the Trading Platform. The Regulations on Tariffs shall be an integral part of this Agreement in terms of the provision of paid services. At the same time, other terms and conditions shall not cease to be in full force and effect.
6. Final provisions
6.1 This Agreement (including the references used in the text of the Agreement) contains the full scope of arrangements and agreements between the Company and the User regarding its subject matter.
Disputes and disagreements under this Agreement (including the references used in the text of the Agreement) or in connection with them shall be resolved by the parties through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach a mutually beneficial solution, the case shall be subject to judicial review in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.2 The UNC.UA Marketplace reserves the right to make changes and amendments to this Agreement at any time by publishing the amended terms and conditions on the UNC.UA website. The right of the Site Administration to amend the Agreement includes the right to change its terms, add new ones or delete existing ones. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or other documents, all amended terms and conditions shall automatically enter into force upon their publication on the UNC.UA website. Continued use of the resources and/or information posted on the Trading Platform shall be construed as acceptance by the User of any and all such changes. The User undertakes to independently monitor changes to this Agreement. The current version of the Agreement shall be published on the Website, and notifications of the relevant changes shall be posted in the News section.
The User is deemed to have accepted the new version of the Agreement (including the references used in the text of the Agreement) if he/she continues to use the services of the Website.
In case of disagreement with the new version of the Agreement, the User has the right to unilaterally refuse to use the Website, provided that the User automatically loses the right to use the Website services (terminates registration on the Website) by informing the Website Administration in writing (electronically).
6.3 The Site and its services, including all scripts, applications, content and design of the Site and the Electronic Platform are delivered under the condition: "AS IS". The Site Administration disclaims any warranties that the Site or its services may or may not be suitable for specific purposes of use, and that they will meet the requirements or expectations of the User. The Website Administration cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from the use of the Website and/or its services.
6.4 The Administration shall communicate with the User using the contact information provided by the User during registration on the Site. The User shall have the right to contact the Site Administration orally and in writing for advice on the technological features of the Electronic Platform, the use of electronic signature tools on the Electronic Platform and other issues related to the operation of the Site, as well as to submit comments and suggestions to the Site Administration regarding the improvement of the technological characteristics of the trading platform.
6.5 This Agreement may be terminated by the User at any time upon notification of the Site Administration in writing by e-mail. In this case, the Agreement shall be deemed terminated upon expiration of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of such notice by the Site Administration. The Parties to the Agreement shall not be released from obligations that arose before the termination of the Agreement for any reason, in particular, to settle settlements. Upon termination of this Agreement, the User's access to the Website services shall be terminated. Further use of the Website services by the User is possible only after passing the registration procedure again.
6.6 This User Agreement shall enter into force for the User from the moment of his/her accession to it in the form of the User's ticking the box "I accept the User Agreement" and clicking the "Registration" button located at the end of the registration page of the UNC.UA website, and shall be valid for an indefinite period. The actual use by the User of the capabilities, services and services of the Site also confirms the User's acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
