Philocarty - collecting postcards - is one of the most popular types of collecting, and it is not surprising why - after all, there are a huge variety of postcards issued on different topics.
Back at the beginning of the twentieth century, it was believed that only a postcard that had been through the mail was worthy of becoming an element of the collection, but now, more and more often, collectors are “hunting” for blank postcards.
The most numerous groups are postcards with city views, greeting cards, designer postcards and postcards.
