Franz Förster: Preußisches Privatrecht.Франц Ферстер (7 июля 1819 г. в Бреслау - 8 августа 1878 г.) был a Немецкий юрист.В 1874 г. он был назначен директором в Министерстве церковных дел. Он помогал в составлении нового Прусского Кодекса судебного процесса и написал несколько типовых работ по прусскому законодательству, включающих: Preussisches Grundbuchrecht (1873), и Theorie und Praxis des heutigen gemeinen preussischen Privatrechts (7-е издание 1896-97).
