Toy soldiers
Soldier, toy soldier - a miniature figurine that represents a warrior of the armies of the Ancient World, the Middle Ages, the indigenous peoples of Africa, North and South America, a soldier of the regular armies of new and modern times, a fighter of special units or irregular military formations, or an armed civilian, used for story or role play on the floor or table. The term is applied to any miniature toy figures of military and civilians of all times and peoples, such as Romans, Vikings, knights, pirates, Indians, cowboys, etc. In terms of detail, toy soldiers range from simple toys to very realistic and detailed models.
