South African province on postage stamps. It stretches from Namibia to Mozambique and is located at the junction of the influence of two powerful ocean currents. Since there are only three countries on the shores of this province, and there are very few stamps issued in them that are dedicated to the theme “Sea Shells,” it seems necessary to dwell on almost each of them. The only such release from Mozambique in 1980 shows shells that are also quite common in the neighboring Indo-Pacific province. Probably their larvae enter the waters of this country from the Indian Ocean, thanks to the Bengal Current.
